WebEOC: Reset Password

To get into the system when you’ve forgotten your password you will go to the main log on screen and click on “Forgot Username/Password?” then click “Reset Password”. From here, the system will ask for your Username (Firstname Lastname) and your email address.

Once you fill this out and click continue the system will send you an email with a hyperlink.

When you click on the hyperlink you will be sent to a webpage that looks identical to the main login page. However, it is not the same because you do not need your password on this page. Once you put in your username “Firstame Lastname” you will not be able to type into the password field. This is because the system is granting you access as you’ve lost your password. Once you click OK you will be logged into WebEOC.….
