County Emergency Operations Plan

The Plan: The County's Emergency Operations Plan (CEOP) defines the policies, coordination, and roles and responsibilities required to meet the needs generated by a disaster in Johnson County. It also describes the concepts of operations and emergency processes needed to successfully manage such an event. On April 28th, 2011, the Johnson County Board of County Commissioners adopted the current version of the CEOP through Johnson County Resolution 022-11.

The CEOP is designed to be a flexible, dynamic document subject to revision, as appropriate.   We recognize that external changes will necessitate making enhancement and updates to the CEOP. If you have any recommended changes to the CEOP, please click on this link to submit the information for review. JCEMHS will contact you with further information upon submission.
